2021 Estate Blanco Antiguo

To create our inaugural orange wine, we gave our estate chardonnay grapes (96, 76) four days of skin contact prior to pressing. Afterward, we aged the wine for 16 months in French oak that had been refurbished on-site. This process imbued the wine with a beautiful amber hue and a well-balanced tannic profile. We suggest trying this wine side by side with our Estate Chardonnay for a delightful contrast between two distinct styles of Chardonnay made using identical grapes.
