2020 Estate Pinot Noir
The beauty of vintage wines is that every year is a new and unique reflection of time and place. Our 2020 Estate Pinot Noir (777 and Pommard) thrived in the warmer-than-usual growing conditions. Deep cherry and blue fruit tasting notes are complemented by smooth tannins and a rich color. The final barrel blend showcases a 50% on-site-refurbished French oak, which we found added just the right amount of supporting mouthfeel and subtle notes of clove.
We like drinking this wine at around 65 degrees Fahrenheit (18 Celsius). Enjoy!
